About Aggieland RV Park
Aggieland RV Park is proud to be Aggie owned and operated and welcomes everyone from Aggie Parents and Former Students to first-time visitors. We are located at the intersection of Highway 6 and 21 in Bryan Texas, just 12 minutes from Texas A&M University Campus, and 8 minutes from Downtown Bryan. We serve mostly long-term monthly guests but offer several weekly and daily spots for our short-term guests here for Aggie football games, weekend sporting events, or simply stopping through town. Our park has 7 bathrooms, 5 with showers, and 2 laundry room facilities. Give us a call to hear our long-term availability, or book online now for a short-term stay.

We are dedicated to providing a safe, clean, and friendly experience from start to finish. Our facility features several amenities and a fun, comfortable atmosphere for both individuals and families.
Park Rules
Arrivals, Departures, Reservations
- 11:00am check in and out time.
- Payment in full required for all reservations
- Weekly/Monthly guest payments due in full on or before same day of arrival each week/month.
- $15/day late fee for all past due balances.
- Checks only acceptable for Monthly guests.
- $35 returned payment fee.
- No refunds for early departures.
Cancellation Policy
- To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel within 72 hours of creating your reservation, but no less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival. If booking within 72 hours of arrival, your reservation will be non-refundable.
Amenities
- Pool Hours 9am-9pm.
- No leaving children unattended.
- No smoking in bathrooms, laundry facilities, clubhouse, or the office.
- The Park is not responsible for any injuries resulting from using our facilities.
Parking
- 10mph Speed Limit.
- Two vehicles per RV space.
- If more than 2 parking spots are needed, guests must rent another space at the going daily rate.
- No unregistered vehicles, boats, 4 wheelers etc in The Park.
- No parking on grass.
Cleanliness and Appearance
- Recreational Vehicles older than 10 years require manager approval prior to move in.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on it's appearance or condition.
- Outdoor items must be kept tidy and be kept to a minimum. Any outdoor items are subject to management approval if they are of nuisance to other guests.
- You may not leave your garbage outside your RV, and all garbage must be disposed of in the designated dumpsters.
- TEXAS LAW requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using threaded connector or rubber donut.
- No open flames, fire pits, etc.
- No tires, 55-gallon drums, generators, refrigerators, freezers and other storage containers under rig allowed.
- No tents or pop-up trailers allowed.
Children and Pets
- Only 2 pets allowed per RV.
- No aggressive dogs, up to manager discretion.
- Pet owners are required to pick up after their pet immediately. Complementary bags are located around the park to make this even easier.
- All pets must be leashed when outside of personal vehicles.
- No pets allowed in the bathrooms, Pool, or Laundry Facilities.
- Children must be supervised at all times in common areas.
- No persons under 18 to be left unaccompanied at the Park, including inside your RV.
Neighborly Behavior
- Do not walk through occupied RV sites.
- Do not block any adjacent and/or vacant sites.
- Quiet hours 9pm-7am.
- Do not leave personal items in the common areas.
Damages
- Any damages caused by guests or their visitors will be billed to the guest.
- The Park is not responsible for loss or damage to any guest’s or visitor’s property due to theft, vandalism, fire, accidents, or any act of Nature.
- Guests assume all risk of loss and are responsible for carrying their own insurance.
Emergency
- In case of Emergency call 911.
